3) within five working days from the date of receipt of this order from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy in printing and electronic type in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for entering into Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 18, 2000 No. 221 "About approval of the Instruction for accounting of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan abroad" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 1396, 2001, No. 15, by the Art. 368) is published in the Bulletin of regulatory legal acts of the central executive and other state bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
