1. These Aviation rules of the Kyrgyz Republic are applied concerning extralight with the maximum certified take-off weight up to 750 kg and less and light aircrafts of the Kyrgyz Republic with the maximum certified take-off weight over 750 kg up to 5700 kg., including the helicopter with the maximum certified take-off weight less than 3175 kg.

1.8. Modification of easy/extralight aircrafts - change of the accepted standard design of sample of the aircraft equipment which influences the flight validity of specific sample of the aircraft equipment and requires certification of sample in necessary amount.
1.9. The motor-hang-glider - the extralight aircraft is heavier than air with elastic surface on tough framework, with balanced management system, set in motion by the power plant which lifting force is created generally due to aerodynamic reactions on elastic surface, mobile in flight.
1.10. Motor-glider - the glider having in the design the cleaning-up, or not cleaning up engine and the screw which are the auxiliary power station providing take off and landing of glider.
1.11. Airworthiness standards of easy / extralight aircrafts - the documents containing, the established requirements to light and extralight aircrafts, their engines, air screws aimed at safety of flights.
1.12. The paraplane - the extralight aircraft is heavier than air with elastic surface without tough framework which aerodynamic form and lifting force is created at the expense of obduv of elastic surface mobile in flight.
1.13. Developer of the easy/extralight aircraft - the physical person or legal entity performing development of the light or extralight aircraft and bearing responsibility for airworthiness standards of the light or extralight aircraft.
1.14. The certificate (certificate) of the flight validity of the easy/extralight aircraft - the document certifying compliance of copy of the light or extralight aircraft to existing rules of the flight validity, granting the right to its flight operation with established for this lung or the extralight aircraft.
