Provision of public institution "Committee of the industry of tourism of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The public institution "Committee of the industry of tourism of the Ministry of tourism and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - Committee and the Ministry respectively) performs management in the sphere of tourist activities.

3) other tasks assigned to Committee within competence.

14. Rights and obligations:

1) to adopt within the competence legal acts according to the procedure, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) to request and receive in the procedure established by the legislation from state bodies, the organizations, their officials necessary information and materials;

3) to provide availability of standards of the state services;

4) to provide knowledge of receivers of the state services of procedure for rendering the state services;

5) to participate in provision of the relevant information in authorized body on quality evaluation of rendering the state services and control of quality of rendering the state services, authorized body in the sphere of informatization for evaluating quality of rendering the state services;

6) to consider claims and addresses of receivers of the state services;

7) to observe the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, it is right also the interests of physical persons and legal entities protected by the law;

8) timely and qualitatively to carry out assigned according to this Provision and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Committee of function;

9) to perform other rights and obligations provided by the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

15. Functions of Committee:

1) development of normative legal and legal acts, agreements, memorandums and agreements and also generalization of practice of application of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the spheres regulated by Committee and introduction of offers on their enhancement;

2) within the competence development, the conclusion and execution of international treaties in the field of tourist activities and also representation of interests of the state in the field of tourism in the international organizations and on the international actions and participation in their work;

3) the organization of ensuring protection and safety of tourists together with the interested ministries and other executive bodies;

4) ensuring execution by subjects of system of guaranteeing the rights of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the sphere of outbound tourism of obligations, the stipulated in Article 27-3 Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About tourist activities in the Republic of Kazakhstan";

5) carrying out tender by determination by the Ministry of the legal entity performing functions of the administrator of system of guaranteeing the rights of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the sphere of outbound tourism;

6) participation in forming and realization of single policy on investment attraction in tourist industry;

7) implementation of cross-industry and interregional coordination in the field of tourist activities, interaction with the domestic, foreign and international tourism, public and other organizations and persons performing tourist activities;
