3. For public relations of FCS of Russia (A. V. Smelyakov) to provide to management publication of this order in official publications of FCS of Russia.
4. (A. A. Timofeev) to provide to customs authority central information technically placement of this order on the official site of FCS of Russia.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the first deputy head of FCS of Russia V. M. Malinin.
This order becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication.

to the Order of the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation of September 24, 2014 No. 1860
1. According to part 6 of article 177 of the Federal Law of November 27, 2010 "About customs regulation in the Russian Federation" (further - the Federal Law) the customs representative shall represent each six months No. 311-FZ to FCS of Russia to the 15th following for reporting, the activity reporting of the customs representative in the form given in appendix No. 2 to this order.
The term specified in part 6 of article 177 of the Federal Law is estimated since January 1 and since July 1 of accounting year respectively.
2. The reporting represented by the legal entities included in the register of customs representatives goes to FCS of Russia in electronic form with use of the Personal account service in the Section "Collection of Statistical Forms of Accounting of Movement of Goods of TS" posted on the official site by FCS of Russia and is registered automatically in the Single automated information system of FCS of Russia at the time of receipt.
3. The activity reporting of the customs representative is signed by the strengthened qualified digital signature.
