1. Approve the enclosed Administrative regulations of Federal Service for the Oversight of Transport of provision of the state service in licensing of activities for transportations by railway transport of passengers.

2. Recognize invalid:

The administrative regulations of Federal Service for the Oversight of Transport of provision of the state service in licensing of activities for transportations by railway transport of passengers (further - Administrative regulations) establish terms and the sequence of ministerial procedures (actions) of Federal Service for the Oversight of Transport (further - Rostransnadzor), and also establish order of interaction between structural division of Rostransnadzor, officials of Rostransnadzor with applicants by provision of the state service in licensing of activities for transportations by railway transport of passengers (further - the state service).
