About some questions of activities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of improvement of quality of the provided state services in registration and issue of visas to foreign citizens, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. The public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to transfer to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic of 17 established posts with the corresponding budget financing (in all respects expenses) for ensuring effective activities for questions of issue of visas to foreign citizens.

2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the extreme number of staff of the ministries, administrative departments and other state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 22, 2011 No. 473 the following changes.

in appendix 1 to the above-stated resolution:

- in Item 1 of figure "380" and "167" to replace with figures "397" and "184" respectively;

- in Item 23 of figure "1248" and "1157" to replace with figures "1231" and "1140" respectively.

3. Determine that the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution are performed within the means provided to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2017 and the next years.

4. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Public registration service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;

- take other measures following from this resolution.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of international cooperation and department of transport, construction and communications of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
