1. Approve Aviation rules of determination of serviceability of the radio-radar equipment installed in airfields (helidromes) of the state aircraft of the Republic of Belarus (are applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.

1. In these Aviation rules the requirements of serviceability of the ground radio-radar and lighting equipment of divisions of communication and radio engineering flight servicing established in airfields (helidromes) of the state aircraft of the Republic of Belarus are determined (further - airfields).
2. For the purposes of these Aviation rules the following terms and their determinations are applied:
serviceability of the radio-radar and lighting equipment - category of technical condition of the ground radio-radar and lighting equipment of division of communication and the radio engineering flight servicing established in airfield according to the approved scheme in case of which its application to destination is allowed;
critical zone of localizer (glide slope beacon) - space around localizer or glide slope beacon in which the parking or movement of vehicles, including air vehicles, causes inadmissible change of parameters of radio beacon;
the landing system equipment - the minimum structure of the ground radio-radar and lighting equipment of division of communication and radio engineering providing which allows the commander of aircraft crew to perform exit to the terminal area, to carry out maneuver for landing approach and decrease to the height of decision making established for the air vehicle of each type;
controls aircraft - controls of type (sort) of Armed Forces, and also the structural divisions of republican state bodies, republican state public association "Volunteer Society for Cooperation with the Army, Aviation, and Fleet of the Republic of Belarus" intended for the organization and operational management by activities of the state aircraft;
division of communication and radio engineering providing - structural division of providing aviation (military unit) which aeronautical personnel carries out tasks on radio engineering flight servicing of air vehicles using being in the state (the sheet to the state) this division of terrestrial facilities of communication and radio engineering flight servicing of air vehicles;
radio beacon system - the land radiotehnical devices of radio beacon system of tool calling of airplanes on landing (except onboard radiotehnical devices and the onboard equipment of the automated system of flight control of the air vessel laboratory) working with the decimeter wave range, established in airfield, operated by forces of aeronautical personnel of divisions of communication and radio engineering flight servicing and intended for transfer on the aircraft equipment of air vehicles of information necessary for control of air vehicles in the course of landing approach and during landing time;
radar control with use of the radar-tracking system of landing - complex of the actions which are carried out by forces and means of divisions of communication and radio engineering flight servicing for providing with radar information persons which are part of group of management of flights in airfield for control of the national air vehicles in near zone and landing area;
the radio-radar equipment - the terrestrial facilities of communication and radio engineering providing divisions of communication and radio engineering providing intended for flight servicing of the state aircraft and established in airfield;
the lighting equipment - system of light-signal aerodrome facilities, including code neon light beacons and aerodrome projector beacons, intended for flight servicing of the national air vehicles in close meteorological conditions day and night;
system of light-signal aerodrome facilities - set of the fires placed in airfield according to certain scheme and intended for ensuring take-off, landing approach, landing and taxing of the air vehicle.
3. For the purposes of these Aviation rules the following reducings are applied:
APM - aerodrome projector beacon;
APP - airfield landing floodlight;
ARP - automatic direction finder;
BPRM - near locator beacon;
VISP - portable indicators of landing system with the equipment of display of navigational data;
The runway - landing strip;
AF - the air vehicle;
GGS - loudspeaker communication;
GRM - the glide slope beacon;
GRP - group of management of flights;
Fuel and lubricants - fuel and greases;
DOSAAF - republican state public association "Volunteer Society for Cooperation with the Army, Aviation, and Fleet of the Republic of Belarus";
