For the period carrying out the International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange (2010 - 2016) the number of her participants increased by 4 times, the exhibited products - 3, time, foreign guests - 2 times, amounts of the signed delivery agreements of products in industrial cooperation grew - in time 5,5, and also export contracts - 3 times that testifies to availability of real interest of the companies of the republic in forward expansion of production volumes, purchases of domestic production and its export.

Following the results of the held events stable dynamics in expansion of intra-branch and cross-industry cooperation, enhancement of search engine of partners, the conclusion of economic agreements between domestic manufacturers on delivery of self-produced products and contracts for delivery of products to export is reached.

At the same time, following the results of 2016 the analysis of execution of the agreements on acquisition of products in industrial cooperation signed within the IX International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange showed that accomplishment of assumed contractual commitments and the approved network schedules was not provided by the companies:

Complex concerning development of the export potential and mechanical engineering, the automotive and electrotechnical industry, standardization of products (% 62,5), including in the companies of JSC Uzavtosanoat (% 56,7), JSC Uzagrotekhmash (% 37,0);

Complex concerning complex development of the territories and the utility sphere, transport, capital construction, building industry (% 84,1), including in the companies of JSC Toshshakhartranskhizmat (% 15,1), the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on highways (% 32,0), NAK No. Uzbekiston havo yullar" (% 62,7).

For the purpose of creating favorable conditions for implementation of business activity and the organization of preparation and carrying out the International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange in 2017 at the high organizational level the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Recognize work of heads of JSC Uzavtosanoat (R. F. Yusupov), the joint-stock company No. Uzagrotekhmash" (S. S. Saydaminov), JSC Toshshakhartranskhizmat (A. H. Sadykov), the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on highways (A. A. Abduvaliyev) and NAC Uzbekiston havo yullari (V. N. Tyan) regarding ensuring accomplishment of the approved network schedules on implementation of the agreements signed within the IX International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange insufficient.

It is strict to warn heads of the specified organizations about their personal responsibility for unconditional ensuring accomplishment of the approved network schedules on implementation of the signed agreements during the X International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange.

2. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Economics and Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades of the Republic of Uzbekistan on carrying out in 2017:

The international industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange on two-stage basis: at the first stage in March-June, 2017 - territorial and industry industrial fairs, at the second stage from November 2 to November 8, and also from November 15 to November 19, 2017 - the XI International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange;

fairs of consumer goods of national production within the International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange, and also territorial and industry industrial fairs.

3. Approve:

the schedule of carrying out territorial and industry industrial fairs and the XI International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange in 2017 according to appendix No. 1;

complex actions for preparation and carrying out territorial and industry industrial fairs and the XI International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange in 2017 according to appendix No. 2;

preferential tariff quotations on services of the joint-stock company No. of NVK "Uzekspotsentr" according to appendix No. 3.

4. Confer the personal responsibility for high-quality preparation and timely carrying out territorial and industry industrial fairs as important stage of preparation for the XI International industrial fair and Cooperation exchange, on heads of the corresponding complexes of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, bodies of the public and economic board.

5. During preparation and carrying out territorial and industry industrial fairs and the XI International industrial fair and the Cooperation exchange to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent, Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, bodies of the public and economic board:

creation of system of stable long-term cooperation relations, expansion of number of participants and projects of localization of production of finished goods, components and materials based on local raw materials and industrial cooperation, broad involvement in industrial cooperation of the companies from among subjects of small and private business;

the conclusion on territorial and industry industrial fairs of additional agreements on acquisition and export of products in 2017 with ensuring growth is at least, than for 10 percent to the corresponding indicators reached within territorial and industry industrial fairs of last year;

active involvement of foreign partners and buyers for the purpose of promotion of domestic production for the foreign markets;

exposure of new types of products in industrial cooperation, is preferential with participation of subjects of small and private business, with registration of conditions of cooperation in agreement type;
