1. This Procedure determines the procedure, frequency and terms of promulgation of information on activities of the state unitary enterprises (further - the companies), societies in which authorized capital more than 50 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state, and societies, 50 and more percent of shares (shares) of which belong to societies, the share of the state in which constitutes 100 percent (further - societies).
2. The company, society publishes information on the activities (except the cases established by the law) by placement of the documents and materials containing such information on own web page (website) together with company, society other information which promulgation is stipulated by the legislation.
In case of absence at the company, society (except societies, 50 and more percent of shares (shares) of which belong to societies, the share of the state in which constitutes 100 percent) own web page (website) such information is posted on the official website of the subject of management of objects of state-owned property, performing functions on enterprise management or corporate laws of the state in society (further - the subject of management), in the special Section on activities of the company, society together with company, society other information which promulgation is stipulated by the legislation.
The company, society will also promulgate information on use of public means by it on the single web portal of use of public means according to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About openness of use of public means".
Type of information about activities of the company, society which are subject to obligatory promulgation frequency and terms of such promulgation are given in appendix.
3. Access to web pages (websites) of the companies, societies and websites of subjects of management on which the companies, societies will promulgate information on the activities is round-the-clock and free.
4. Information on activities of the companies, societies which is published by them shall be reliable.
5. The director, the chairman of executive body of society or person performing powers of sole executive body determines person responsible for technical supply of process of promulgation of information on the company, society from number of persons employed of the company, society.
The head of the subject of management determines person responsible for technical supply of promulgation of information provided by the company, society for publication on the official site of the subject of management according to requirements of this Procedure.
