According to article 21 of the Law of Ukraine "About medicines" and for the purpose of streamlining of leave of medicines from drugstores and their structural divisions I order:
1. Approve the List of the medicines allowed for use in Ukraine which are released without recipes from drugstores and their structural divisions which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of May 18, 2015 No. 283 "About approval of the List of the medicines allowed for use in Ukraine which are released without recipes from drugstores and their structural divisions", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 4, 2015 at No. 653/27098.
3. To provide to management of pharmaceutical activities and quality of pharmaceutical products in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
5. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
