According to requirements of part 2 of article 258-1 of the Tax Code of the Kyrgyz Republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Inventory for the ensuring defense capability, homeland security and law and order which are subject to exemption of the VAT when importing for the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. To the State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the State Tax Administration under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication and is applied since January 10, 2013.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of finance and credit policy of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
