About determination of key performance indicators of work on commodity export for 2017

For the purpose of acceptance of effective measures on diversification of export and entry into the new markets the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine as work key performance indicators:

1.1. the heads of foreign institutions of the Republic of Belarus, officials assigned to the countries according to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 23, 2014 No. 1235 "About some questions of building-up and diversification of commodity export and services" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 25.12.2014, 5/39904), accomplishment of indicators of the forecast for commodity export for 2017 according to appendix 1;

1.2. heads of the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and Minsk Gorispolkom task performance on building-up of export volumes of goods on the new perspective markets * for 2017 according to appendix 2.

* For the purposes of this resolution the new perspective markets are understood as the countries of the world, except for state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, the Federative Republic of Brazil, the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Arab Republic of Egypt, Republic of India, People's Republic of China, Cuba, Mongolia, the Federal Republic of Nigeria, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Republic of South Africa, the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States and Georgia, and also the countries of the European Union and the United States of America.

2. Provide:

2.1. to the heads of foreign institutions of the Republic of Belarus, officials assigned to the countries according to the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 23, 2014 No. 1235, monthly growth in volumes of commodity export as a percentage by the same period of 2016 not below the indicators determined in appendix 1 to this resolution;

2.2. to the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom uniform monthly task performance, determined in appendix 2 to this resolution.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

4. Provide to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs submission to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of information on the course of accomplishment of the key performance indicators of work on commodity export specified in subitems 1.1 and 1.2 of Item 1 of this resolution, quarterly with the draft of the corresponding report of the Government of the Republic of Belarus to the Head of state.
