About renaming of joint-stock company "National agency on export and investments of "KAZNEX INVEST"

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Rename joint-stock company "National agency on export and investments of "KAZNEX INVEST" into joint-stock company "The KAZAKH INVEST national company.

2. Transfer right of possession and uses of the state block of shares of joint-stock company "The KAZAKH INVEST national company in the amount of 51% to the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To provide to the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan election of representatives of state bodies in structure of the board of directors of joint-stock company "The KAZAKH INVEST national company according to appendix to this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. To the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take other measures following from this resolution.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
