ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About approval of the Actions plan on implementation of the State program of development of agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2017 - 2021 and modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 30, 2015 No. 1136 "About approval of the list of government programs and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

For the purpose of implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 14, 2017 "About approval of the State program of development of agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2017 - 2021 and modification and amendments in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2010 No. 957 "About approval of the List of state programs" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: No. 420

1. Approve the enclosed Actions plan on implementation of the State program of development of agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2017 - 2021 (further – the Actions plan).

2. To the central and local executive bodies and the organizations (under approval):

1) to provide timely execution of the Actions plan;

2) to provide information on implementation of the Actions plan in the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan till February 15 of the year following reporting once a year.

3. To provide to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan summary information on the course of accomplishment of the Actions plan in authorized body on state planning till March 10 of the year following reporting once a year.

4. To authorized body on state planning following the results of the carried-out monitoring based on the report on implementation of the State program of development of the agro-industrial complex of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2017 - 2021 submitted by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan to create the draft of the conclusion and to represent together with the report on realization to the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan till March 25 of the year following reporting.

5. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 30, 2015 No. 1136 "About approval of the list of government programs and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2015, Art. No. 77-78-79, 582) the following change:

in the list of government programs approved by the specified resolution:

4, to exclude line, sequence number.

6. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
