3. 1. The commission in case of the President of the Russian Federation concerning development of aircraft of general purpose and navigation information technologies on the basis of the GLONASS global navigation satellite system (further - the Commission) is formed for the purpose of ensuring interaction of federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation and the interested organizations during the forming and realization of single state policy in the field of aircraft of general purpose and navigation information technologies on the basis of the GLONASS global navigation satellite system (further - GLONASS technologies), and also development strategies and programs in the specified spheres.
