2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in printing and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

Method of forming of indicators of statistics of culture

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The method of forming of indicators of statistics of culture (further - the Technique) belongs to the statistical methodology created according to international standards and approved according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2010 "About the state statistics".

6. Sources of statistical information in the sphere of culture are the administrative data created by administrative sources and data of nation-wide statistical observations.

7. The administrative data and data of nation-wide statistical observations used for receipt of wide range of data on culture allow to determine culture contribution to national economy in relation to gross domestic product and tendency, both employment in the sphere of culture, and consumption of culture.

8. Subject to statistical observation on libraries are:

1) the number of libraries and the space occupied by them, users, places in reading rooms and visits, mobile units, information and communication technologies in library;

2) data on forming, preserving, use of library stocks, issue of printing and hand-written documents, and also graphical, audiovisual materials, documents on electronic media.

Libraries are subdivided into universal, industry, cross-industry, junior, children's libraries, and also special libraries for blind and visually impaired citizens.

9. Subject to statistical observation on theaters are: the number of theaters and the space occupied by them, buildings (rooms), places in auditoriums, scenic representations, the audience, information and communication technologies in theater.
