About approval of the Provision of republican public institution "Committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

Declare invalid the order of the acting minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 2, 2016 No. 234 "About approval of the Regulations on Committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (published in information system of law of Ad_let on June 17, 2016).

3. To provide to committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) the direction within five working days of the copy of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of approval of this order the direction it the copy in printing and electronic type on official publication in periodic printing editions and in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after approval of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3 presents of Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its signing.

Provision of republican public institution "Committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. General provisions

1. The republican public institution "Committee on cases of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further – Committee) is the department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the Ministry) performing within competence according to the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan control and realizable functions in the sphere of architectural, town-planning and construction activities, the housing relations, municipal services and the address with municipal waste (except for municipal solid waste), state regulation in the field of water supply and water disposal, heat supply (except the combined heat and power plants and boiler rooms performing production of heat energy in zone of centralized heat supply) within settlements.

2. The committee performs the activities according to the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, acts of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, other regulatory legal acts and this Provision.

3. The committee is legal entity in form of business of public institution, has seals and stamps with the name in state language, forms of the established sample, and also according to the legislation of the account in bodies of Treasury.
