The list of cases in case of which for construction, reconstruction of linear object does not need preparation of documentation on the layout of the territory

1. Construction, reconstruction of the linear objects providing connection (technological accession) of capital construction projects to the existing power networks, networks of engineering facilities (warm, gazo-, water supply, water disposal) provided that such connection (technological accession) of capital construction projects does not require construction and (or) reconstruction of the existing power networks, networks of engineering facilities and that such linear objects are:

a) power lines tension class to 35 kV inclusive when the distance from the existing power networks to borders of the site on which the attached power receiving devices are located makes no more than 300 meters in the cities and urban settlements and no more than 500 meters in the rural zone;

b) the thermal networks transporting water vapor with working pressure to MPa 1,6 inclusive or hot water with temperature up to 150 °C inclusive;

c) gas pipelines with project working pressure no more 0, MPa when the extent from the existing networks of gas supply to drawn-off point measured in a straight line (the smallest distance), constitutes no more than 500 meters in the rural zone and no more than 300 meters in borders of residential locations;

d) water supply systems and conduits of all types with a diameter up to 500 mm;

e) linear constructions of water disposal with a diameter up to 1000 mm.

The construction, reconstruction of the object which is part of the existing linear object provided that such construction, reconstruction are performed in strip of withdrawal of the existing linear object (in the conservation zone of the existing linear object if establishment of strip of branch is not stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation) and do not change the borders of zones with special conditions of use of the territories established in connection with placement of the existing linear object and that total area of the specified object does not exceed 500 sq.m height does not exceed 12 meters, the number of floors does not exceed 2 floors.

3. Construction, reconstruction of power networks, communication networks, networks of engineering facilities (warm, gazo-, water supply, water disposal) which placement is performed in one quarter, one residential district.
