About approval of the Regulations on payment procedure of monthly length-of-service allowances to official pay rates of employees of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Khokimiyats of areas, the city of Tashkent, cities and areas

In pursuance of the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 9, 2017 No. PP-2722 "About measures for further enhancement of activities and strengthening of material stimulation of employees of territorial authorities of public administration", the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve Regulations on payment procedure of monthly length-of-service allowances to official pay rates of employees of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas, the city of Tashkent, cities and areas according to appendix No. 1.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution at the expense of means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of 29.04.2021 No. 258

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.

Appendix No. 1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 7, 2017 No. 123

Regulations on payment procedure of monthly length-of-service allowances to official pay rates of employees of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas, the city of Tashkent, cities and areas

1. This Provision according to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 9, 2017 No. PP-2722 "About measures for further enhancement of activities and strengthening of material stimulation of employees of territorial authorities of public administration" determines payment procedure of monthly length-of-service allowances to official pay rates (further - allowances) employees of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas, the city of Tashkent, the cities and areas.

2. Payment of the allowance to workers of managerial personnel of management personnel of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas, the city of Tashkent, cities and areas is made depending on general length of service in the following sizes:

3. Join in the general length of service of workers of managerial personnel in management personnel of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas, the city of Tashkent, cities and areas granting the right to the allowance:

the work period in management personnel of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas, the city of Tashkent, cities and areas;

the work period in the office of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Executive office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the office of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including as the deputy, and also in other state bodies;

the period when the worker actually did not work, but behind it, according to the legislation, the place of employment (position) in management personnel of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas, the city of Tashkent, cities and areas or in the bodies specified in paragraph three of this Item remained.

4. The right to the allowance in 2 this provision specified in Item the sizes arises at workers of managerial personnel from 49th month of work in management personnel of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas, the city of Tashkent, cities and areas, taking into account the periods, the specified in paragraphs three and the fourth Item 3 this provision.

5. The main document for determination of working life is the service record.

The length of service which is not established by employment records can be confirmed with the references signed by the Chairman of the board of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, hokimama of areas, the city of Tashkent, cities and areas and heads of the bodies specified Item in paragraph three 3 this provision.

6. Allowances are charged proceeding from the monthly tariff charge or official pay rate of the worker of managerial personnel.

7. Allowances are paid for the period, fulfilled in this month, including the period of leaves and the periods of temporary disability, and also for the period during which for the worker, according to the legislation, its earnings remain fully or partially.

8. In case of origin at the worker of the right or change of the size of allowances during calendar month the first charge of this allowance is made since the month following after month of emergence of the right to this allowance.

9. Allowances join in average earnings from which pensions, vacation pay, dismissal wage, compensation of the damage caused to the worker by the mutilation or other damage of health connected with execution of labor obligations by it and also in other cases of calculation of average monthly earnings are estimated.

10. In khokimiyats of the cities of Uchkuduka, Zarafshana and Nurabada in addition to the allowance provided in Item of 1 this provision the monthly payments for long service for workers of the budget sphere established according to item 4 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 10, 1994 No. 594 "About measures for providing the companies of Kyzylkumredmetzoloto concern and the Almalyk mining and smelting plant with specialists and workers of high qualification" also remain.
