Article 1. Payers of the state fee

Payers of the state fee in the territory of Ukraine are physical persons and legal entities for making in their interests of actions and issue of the documents having legal value, the bodies authorized on that.

Article 2. Subjects of collection of the state fee

The state fee is collected:

1) the Item 1) of Article 2 is excluded according to the Law of Ukraine of 08.07.2011 No. 3674-VI

2) the Item 2) of Article 2 is excluded according to the Law of Ukraine of 08.07.2011 No. 3674-VI

3) for making of notarial actions by offices of notary public and executive committees of village, settlement, city councils of People's Deputies, and also for issue of duplicates of notarially certified documents;

4) for state registration of acts of civil status, and also repeated issue to citizens of registration certificates of acts of civil status and certificates in connection with change and resuming of assembly records of civil status;

5) for issue of documents on the right of trip abroad and with the invitation to Ukraine persons from other countries, for prolongation of term of their action and for modification of these documents; for prolongation of effective period of the visa to entry into Ukraine, transit through its territory (stay in Ukraine of foreigners and persons without citizenship); for issue or prolongation of effective period of the residence permit in Ukraine to foreigners and stateless persons; for execution of visas to entry into Ukraine, transit through its territory, and also from applications for admission in citizenship of Ukraine or about getting out of citizenship of Ukraine;
