I. General provisions

1. 2. The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation performs coordination of activities of the state corporation - Fund of assistance to housing and communal services reforming.

3. The Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation is guided in the activities by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Federal constitutional Laws, the Federal Laws, acts of the President of the Russian Federation and acts of the Government of the Russian Federation, international treaties of the Russian Federation and this Provision.

4. 5.2.7. the list of work types on engineering researches, preparation of the project documentation, construction, reconstruction, capital repairs of capital construction projects which exert impact on safety of capital construction projects;

5.2.8. ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 23.04.2024 No. 526

5.2.9. sets of rules and other normative and technical documents of voluntary application as a result of which application observance of requirements of the Federal Law "The Technical Regulation about Safety of Buildings and Constructions" is provided;

5.2.10. approval procedure of estimate standard rates;

5.2.11. ceased to be valid;

5.2.12. approval procedure of the integrated standard rates of the price of construction;
