About measures for implementation of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About licensing of separate types of activity"
In pursuance of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About licensing of separate types of activity" and for the purpose of streamlining of the mechanism of issue of the licenses Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Take into consideration that No. 222-II is approved by the resolution of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 12, 2001 the List of types of activity on which implementation licenses are required.
Determine that all other types of activity which are not included in the specified List are not subject to licensing.
2. Determine that according to article 5 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About licensing of separate types of activity" and the List of types of activity approved by Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan on which implementation licenses are required, the right of licensing government institutions according to appendix No. 1 are allocated.
3. To the complexes of the Cabinet of Ministers, the ministries and departments performing licensing of separate types of activity in two-month time critically to analyze relevant provisions about procedure for licensing of separate types of activity and to submit updated provisions for approval in the Cabinet of Ministers.
