1. Determine that:

1.1. export from the Republic of Belarus out of limits of customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union of flax fiber * (code of 5301 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union), occurring from the territory of the Republic of Belarus, when placing under customs procedure of export is performed under the one-time licenses granted by the Ministry of anti-monopoly regulation and trade in coordination with the Belarusian state concern on production and sales of goods of light industry according to the procedure, similar by the established Rules of issue of licenses and import permits and (or) commodity import provided by appendix to the Protocol on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014), taking into account the features determined by this resolution **;

3. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in accordance with the established procedure:

3.1. notify the Eurasian economic commission on the measures taken according to subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution;

4. This resolution becomes effective in 10 days after its official publication and is effective within six months, except for Item 3, of this resolution which is becoming effective from the date of official publication.
