According to the paragraph eight of Item 5 of the Protocol on technical regulation within the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix № 9 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and Item 9 of appendix №2 to the Regulations of work of the Euroasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Euroasian economic council of December 23, 2014 №98, Board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:

1. Approve the certificate on classification granted in case of release into the stream of commerce of the small size vessel meeting the requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About the safety of small size vessels" enclosed single form (TR CU 026/2012), and rules of its registration.

2. Determine that:

a) till July 1, 2018 document creation about assessment of conformity of the small size vessel in form and according to rules which are established by the legislation of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union is allowed;

b) the documents on assessment of conformity of the small size vessel processed in form and according to the rules established by the legislation of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union till July 1, 2018 are valid before the termination of term of their action.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

II. Rules of execution of the certificate on classification granted in case of release into the stream of commerce of the small size vessel meeting the requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of small size vessels" (TR CU 026/2012)

1. The certificate on classification granted in case of release into the stream of commerce of the small size vessel meeting the requirements of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of small size vessels" (TR CU 026/2012) accepted by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of June 15, 2012 №33 (further respectively – the certificate, the technical regulation), is issued to the applicant by authorized body of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union (further – state member).

The certificate is drawn up by authorized body of state member concerning small size vessels with length of case more than 6 meters and serially issued small size vessels with length of case more than 6 meters.

2. The legal entity or physical person as the individual entrepreneur which are the manufacturer (builder) registered according to the legislation of state member in its territory can be the applicant
either the seller or the authorized manufacturer (builder) person (further – the applicant).

3. The certificate and appendices to it are made on sheets of white paper of the A4 format (210 x 297 mm).

4. The certificate is filled in in Russian with use of electronic printers and in case of availability of the relevant requirement in the legislation of state member – in state language of state member in which issue of the certificate is performed.

In case of filling of the certificate in Russian and state language of one of state members it is filled according to Item 7 of this Section on the different parties of the certificate.

5. If necessary the name of the manufacturer (builder), its location (the address of the legal entity), the address (addresses) of the place of implementation of activities for production of products (except state) and the data provided by the paragraph third the subitem "d" of Item 7 of this Section can be specified with use of letters of the Latin alphabet.

6. All fields of the certificate shall be filled (in the original certificate numbering of fields is absent).

7. In the certificate are specified:

a) in the field 1 – the texts executed in 3 lines in the following sequence:

1st line - "EURASIAN ECONOMIC UNION";

The 2nd line – "The CERTIFICATE ON CLASSIFICATION";

3rd line – "SMALL SIZE VESSEL";

b) in the field 2 – registration certificate number which is created according to the legislation of state member
with indication of abbreviation of EEU (Eurasian Economic Union) and 2-unit alphabetic code of state member in compliance
with the qualifier of the countries of the world;

c) in the field 3 – full name of the applicant, its location (the address of the legal entity) and the address (addresses) of the place of implementation of activities (if addresses differ) – for the legal entity or surname, name and middle name (in the presence), the residence and the address (addresses) of the place of implementation of activities (if addresses differ) – for the physical person registered as the individual entrepreneur, and also registration or accounting (individual, identification) number of the applicant assigned according to the legislation of state members in case of state registration of the legal entity or physical person registered as the individual entrepreneur, phone number and the e-mail address;

d) in the field 4 – full name of the manufacturer (builder), its location (the address of the legal entity) and the address (addresses) of the place of implementation of activities for production (construction) of products (if addresses differ) – for the legal entity and his branches which make (build) products, or surname, name and middle name (in the presence), the residence and the address (addresses) of the place of implementation of activities for production (construction) of products (if addresses differ) –
for the physical person registered as the individual entrepreneur;

e) in the field 5 – data on products:

product name;
