About classification of condensers and evaporators for air conditioning systems of motor vehicles according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union
According to Item 7 of article 52 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. The condensers and evaporators intended for application as a part of the air conditioning systems used for maintenance of necessary parameters of temperature and humidity of air in insides of motor vehicles according to the Basic rule of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 are classified in goods item of the 8415th single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
