1. The certificate on payment of collection for use of highways of the Republic of Moldova of the cars which are not registered in the Republic of Moldova, classified by goods item 8703 and the trail cars to them classified by goods item 8716 (vignette) shall contain:
- Certificate number about collection payment;
- Date and time of payment of cost of vignette;
- Date and time of activation of vignette;
- Period of action of vignette;
- Surname and name of person paying vignette cost;
- Car type;
- Car country of incorporation;
- State registration number of the car.
2. The certificate on payment of collection for use of highways of the Republic of Moldova of the cars which are not registered in the Republic of Moldova, classified by goods item 8703 and the trail cars to them classified by goods item 8716 (vignette) is the document certifying payment and registration of vignette according to Art. 348-4 of part (4) the Tax code of the Republic of Moldova.
3. As payment confirmation of collection for use of highways of the Republic of Moldova of the cars which are not registered in the Republic of Moldova, classified by goods item 8703 and the trail cars to them classified by goods item 8716 (vignette) the cash orders and other payment documents issued by service providers on collections of payments, and also the confirmation about payment generated by government service of electronic payments (MPay) can serve.
