About consideration of the cooperation projects having integration potential for financing by Eurasian Development Bank

According to subitem 4.1.3 of the Main directions of industrial cooperation within the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of the Eurasian intergovernmental council of September 8, 2015 № 9, and for the purpose of realization of Items 5 and 6 of the plan of development of acts and actions for realization of the Main directions of industrial cooperation within the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of March 17, 2016 №17, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Approve enclosed:

Criteria of reference of the project to cooperation;

form of the passport of the project having integration potential for financing by Eurasian Development Bank.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.

Criteria of reference of the project to cooperation

The project is considered cooperation if corresponds to one of the following criteria:

the organizations 2 and more state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further – the Union) for all lifecycle of the made products participate in project implementation;

in case of project implementation the cooperation chain (value added chain) within the Union is created. Forming of cooperation chain can be performed in the form of delivery of component parts (raw materials, materials, semifinished products) and the necessary processing equipment made in state members of the Union and also in the form of performance of works and services of industrial nature;

the project provides realization of one of the following directions:

increase in volumes of mutual trade;

increase in volumes of mutual investments;

accomplishment of joint developmental operations;

creation of coproduction (production line);

development of new types of technologies and transfer of technologies;

deepening of industrial cooperation within the Union according to the Main directions of industrial cooperation approved by the Decision of the Euroasian intergovernmental council of September 8, 2015 №9.
