1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on state regulation of prices for products, delivered according to the state defense order.

2. To Federal Antimonopoly Service in 3-month time to work out together with the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" and the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos the question of order of registration of price for products, delivered according to the state defense order, the specified products considered in case of the conclusion since 2018 of the public contract according to the state defense order with the single supplier (the contractor, the contractor) when implementing purchase, and to provide the approved offers on this question to the Government of the Russian Federation.

3. Recognize invalid acts of the Government of the Russian Federation according to the list according to appendix.

Regulations on state regulation of prices for products, delivered according to the state defense order

1. This Provision establishes procedure of state regulation of prices for products, delivered according to the state defense order (further - state regulation of the prices), and powers of federal executive bodies, State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" and the State corporation on space activities Roskosmos on implementation of state regulation of the prices.

2. State regulation of the prices is performed during the forming, placement and accomplishment of the state defense order according to the purposes and the principles, the stipulated in Clause 9 Federal Laws "About the State Defense Order", and is aimed at providing accomplishment of the state program of arms regarding creation and equipment of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, other troops, military forming and bodies by modern samples of arms, the military and special equipment, and also others state (federal target) programs regarding actions which realization is enabled within the state defense order.

3. State regulation of the prices is performed concerning products included in the lists of products according to the state defense order to which state regulation of the prices applies approved in accordance with the established procedure (further - lists), and also concerning the goods (works, services) delivered (which are carried out, rendered) according to the state defense order in connection with development, production, field service, repair or utilization of the specified products (further - products).

4. State regulation of the prices is performed by the state customers, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Federal Antimonopoly Service, and also State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" and State corporation on space activities Roskosmos according to the procedure, established by this Provision and other regulatory legal acts adopted in pursuance of the Federal Law "About the State Defense Order".

5. State regulation of the prices provides including:

a) determination of forecast price for products which delivery by the state customers of the state defense order (further - the state customers) is planned according to the state defense order for the next year and planning period (further - forecast price for products) and also preparation of offers on determination of price type on products which delivery is planned by the single supplier (the contractor, the contractor) (further - the single supplier), - when forming the state defense order according to the rules of development of the state defense order and its main indicators determined in accordance with the established procedure;
