1. Approve the enclosed technical regulation "General Requirements to the Telecommunication Equipment on Ensuring Conducting Investigation and Search Operations, Collection and Storage of Office Information on Subscribers".
2. To provide to republican public institution "Center of special technical developments of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in the procedure established by the legislation:
1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) the direction of the copy of this order on official publication in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order;
3) placement of this order in Internet resource of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-chairman of Committee of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
4. This order becomes effective after twelve months from the date of its first official publication.
