2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan of Ad_let;
3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the intranet portal of state bodies.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tsoi A. V.
4. This order becomes effective since October 9, 2015.

1. These rules, terms of issue and withdrawal of the certificate on assignment of qualification category for specialists in the field of health care, except for specialists in the sphere of sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population (further – Rules) are developed according to item 4 of article 176-1 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 18, 2009 "About health of the people and health care system" (further – the Code) and determine procedure for assignment of the qualification categories to persons having secondary, postsecondary, higher medical and pharmaceutical education to implementation of professional medical and pharmaceutical activity.
2. In these rules the following concepts are used:
1) the certificate on assignment of qualification category (further – the certificate) – the document confirming assignment of the corresponding qualification category;
2) the official – the head of the organization of health care or person fulfilling the head's duties;
3) the specialist – the worker in the field of health care with medical and pharmaceutical education;
4) assessment of professional readiness and confirmation of conformity of qualification of specialists (further – Assessment) – the assessment procedure of knowledge and skills which is carried out for the purpose of confirmation of conformity of qualification of the specialist to requirements of the professional standard in the field of health care;
5) the applicant – the specialist applying for receipt of the certificate on assignment of qualification category on specific specialty.
