Rules of transportation of bulky and heavy loads by road transport

1. General provisions

1. These rules establish procedure for approval of transportation of bulky and heavy loads by road transport irrespective of organizational patterns of ownership of its owner on roads in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2. Rules determine the main requirements to technical condition, the equipment and additional equipment of the vehicles used for transportation of bulky and heavy loads, and also action of authorized state body in the field of safety control of traffic on safety control of such transportations.

- when passing route of transportation under railway bridge, the overpass, if vehicle width with load or without load more than 5 m, and height over the surface of the carriageway of more 4,35 of m.

8. In the requests sent by carrier to the services listed in Items 6 and 7 of these rules the rout to follow, expected time and date of journey, the minimum turning radius of the vehicle with load, quantity of axes, wheels and their relative positioning, loading on axes, total actual weight, vehicle dimensions with load, the motion speed, brand and model of the vehicle shall be specified.

9. The traffic route of transportation of bulky and heavy loads is approved in case of approval of special permission by territorial subdivisions of authorized state body in the field of traffic safety control in the territory of which these transportations are performed:

- when implementing carriage of goods within one area or the city - territorial subdivision of authorized body in the field of safety control of traffic of this area or the city;

- when implementing carriage of goods within one area - territorial subdivision of authorized state body in the field of safety control of traffic of this area;

- when implementing carriage of goods on the territory of several areas - authorized state body in the field of traffic safety control.

3. Requirements in case of approval of traffic route of transportation of bulky and heavy loads
