About the organization of activities of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 15, 2017 No. UP-4956 "About Measures for Further Enhancement of Management System in the field of Culture and Sport" and for the purpose of ensuring effective activities of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan:

2. Abolish the Republican scientific and methodical center of folk art and cultural and educational work and its territorial centers, Republican methodical and information center, having created on their base the following public institutions under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
Republican scientific and methodical center of the organization of activities of cultural institutions;
Approve structure of the Republican scientific and methodical center of the organization of activities of cultural institutions under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 7.
Grant the right to the Minister of Cultural Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan to make, if necessary, changes to structure of the Republican scientific and methodical center of the organization of activities of cultural institutions under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan within the established total extreme number of workers and the salary fund.
3. Transfer the Palaces of arts "Istiklol" and "Turkiston" which are under authority of the Tashkent city khokimiyat to the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
To the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan annually in parameters of the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan to provide allocation of budgetary appropriations for palaces of arts "Istiklol" and "Turkiston" on financing of expenses on their content (strengthening of material and technical resources, salary payment of workers, fee on protection of buildings, etc.), in part, uncovered their own income.
4. To the ministry of development of information technologies and communications of the Republic of Uzbekistan to keep behind the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan means of communication, including government communication, cultures which are earlier established for the Ministry of cases and sport of the Republic of Uzbekistan, regarding the culture concerning the direction.
5. Determine source of financing of activities of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
6. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two weeks to approve Regulations on the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and Regulations on procedure for forming and use of means of off-budget fund of cultural development and art under the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
7. To the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
in a month to provide development and to approve in accordance with the established procedure standard regulations on territorial administrations of the Ministry of Culture;
in coordination with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Labour of the Republic of Uzbekistan in two-month time to develop and approve updated standard states of theatrical, concert and spectacular organizations, museums and other cultural and educational organizations.
8. To the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments in two-month time to bring in the Cabinet of Ministers:
offers on strengthening of material and technical resources and enhancement of procedure for financing of organizations of the sphere of culture, and also creation of libraries in each center of culture and leisure of the population;
the medium-term program of measures for further development of national dance of Uzbekistan providing revival and careful preserving rich historical traditions of various directions of the Uzbek dance, enrichment by their advanced methods and achievements of the modern art and choreography, enhancement of system of vocational education and training of qualified personnel, broad promoting and promotion of the Uzbek dance which incorporated unique national color, original culture and high spirituality of the Uzbek people.

11. To the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the Ministry of Justice, the interested ministries and departments in two-month time:
make offers in the Cabinet of Ministers on the changes and amendments in the legislation following from this resolution;
bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution.
12. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
