I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 2, 2015 No. 19-2/1054 "About approval of the Rules determining criteria of reference of dikes to declared, and Rules of development of the declaration of safety of dike" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 12660, published on January 26, 2016 in information system of law of Ad_let) the following changes:

in the Rules of development of the declaration of safety of dike approved by the specified order:

The term of registration of the declaration of safety of dike by basin inspectorate constitutes no more than thirty calendar days from the date of giving of document package.";

12) of Item 6 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"12) informing the population, authorized body and basin inspection, law-enforcement bodies, local executive bodies of areas (the city of republican value, the capital) on the possible and arisen on dike emergencies;";

the second Item 10 to state part in the following edition:

"In case of modification of the declaration of safety of dike it is subject to repeated examination and registration in basin inspection no later than three months after modification in time.";

2. Approve the enclosed standard of the state service "Registration of the Declaration of Safety of Dike".

3. To provide to committee on water resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let, and also in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for placement in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the intranet portal of state bodies.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Registration of the Declaration of Safety of Dike" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service (further - the standard) is developed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

Chapter 2. Procedure for rendering the state service

2) the most allowed time of expectation for delivery of document package - 30 (thirty) minutes;

3) the most allowed time of servicing - 15 (fifteen) minutes.

5. Form of rendering the state service: paper.

6. Result of rendering the state service - the notification on assignment of the registration code of the declaration of safety of dike in form, according to appendix 1 to this standard.

Form of provision of result of the state service: paper.

7. The state service is rendered to free of charge legal entities (further - uslugopoluchatel).

8. The working schedule of the service provider - Monday through Friday inclusive from 09:00 to 18:30 o'clock with lunch break from 13:00 to 14:30 o'clock, except days off and holidays, according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service - from 9:00 till 17:30 o'clock with lunch break from 13:00 till 14:30 o'clock. The state service is rendered in turn, without making an appointment and the accelerated servicing.

9. The list of the documents necessary for rendering the state service in case of the address of uslugopoluchatel (or his representative by proxy) to the service provider:

1) the statement in form, according to appendix 2 to this standard;

2) the copy of the expert opinion of the declaration of safety of dike issued by the organization certified by authorized body on the work right in the field of safety of dikes;

3) copy of the declaration of safety of dike.
