About approval of the document form, necessary to start carrying out and completion of the procedure of selection of the managing partner subject on creation of the customs control zone

For ensuring execution of provisions of Articles 186-1 - 186-7 Customs codes No. 1149-XIV of the July 20, 2000 (reissued in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, special release) and according to Items 7, 8 Regulations on the organization and functioning of Customs Service, approved by the Order of the Government No. 4 of January 2, 2007. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, No. 3-5/15), PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the following document forms, necessary to start carrying out and completion of the procedure of selection of the managing partner subject on creation of the customs control zone:

1.1. Specification form (appendix No. 1);

1.2. Information message form (appendix No. 2);

1.3. "Standard Agreement about Cooperation on Creation of the Customs Control Zone" form (appendix No. 3);

1.4. "Statement for Impartiality and Confidentiality" form (appendix No. 4);

1.5. "Statement on Participation in Competitive Selection of the Managing Partner Subject on Creation of the Customs Control Zone" form (appendix No. 5);

1.6. Receipt form (appendix No. 6).

2. Approve the specification with management of the organization of customs control and assistance to trade as a part of central office of Customs Service.

3. The register of the screening committee is numbered, sewed and sealed.

4. To assign execution of this order to chiefs of customs and management of the organization of customs control and assistance to trade.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
