About approval and enforcement of the standard form CPF17 "Statement for Change of Tax Period"

According to provisions of Art. 121 of the h. (4) - (6) and based on Art. 133 of the h. (1) item c) Tax code of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the standard form CPF17 "Statement for Change of Tax Period" according to appendix No. 1.

2. The application for change of tax period is submitted by economic agents who have the right according to provisions of the Law on financial accounting No. 113 of April 27, 2007 to apply the tax period other than calendar year.

3. The application for change of tax period is submitted to division of the State Tax Administration in the place of servicing of the taxpayer prior to the beginning of the new established tax period.

4. To provide to general management of methodology of taxes and fees the publication of this order in Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova.
