About classification of chewing candies according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union
According to Item 7 of article 52 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. The chewing candies representing the confectionery from sugar having chewing consistence, made from sugar and (or) sugar syrups and jellifying substances with addition or without addition of fatty components and (or) fruit juice, and (or) the plant extracts and (or) painting and flavor additives according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 and 6 are classified in subsubline item of 1704 90 650 0 single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
