1. Determine that the size of the sum of money spent in connection with search of convicts to punishments in the form of social jobs, corrective works, restriction of freedom, imprisonment constitutes thirty basic sizes. The collected sum of money is subject to transfer in the income of the republican budget.

2. Item 22-1 of the list of documents according to which collection is made in indisputable procedure based on executive texts, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of December 28, 2006 No. 1737 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2007, No. 5, 5/24450; 2011, No. 128, 5/34754; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 16.01. 2014, 5/38302; 19:08. 2016, 5/42484) to state in the following edition:

"22-1. The documents establishing debt:

the convict to punishment in the form of social jobs, corrective works, restriction of freedom without the direction in correctional facility of open type on payment of the sum of money spent in connection with his search for benefit of managements, Departments of Internal Affairs of city, district executive committees (local administrations) performing the corresponding type of punishment concerning the convict;

condemned to punishment in the form of restriction of freedom with the direction in correctional facility of open type, imprisonment on payment of the sum of money spent in connection with his search for benefit of the correctional facilities of open type and correctional facilities performing the corresponding type of punishment concerning the convict.

For making of executive text are represented:

copies of documents on the announcement in search and about the search termination, certified by the claimants specified in paragraphs second and third to part one of this Item;

the document on calculation of outstanding amount for payment of the sum of money spent in connection with search of the convict with indication of the budget in which income the specified amount is subject to transfer, signed by the authorized officer of the claimant and under seal (with submission of the documents confirming its powers on signing).".

3. This resolution becomes effective since January 23, 2017.
