1. Determine that the size of the sum of money spent in connection with search of convicts to punishments in the form of social jobs, corrective works the restrictions of freedom, the imprisonment for certain term condemned to arrest, which fled the residence which location is unknown of the persons behind whom preventive supervision is established who disappeared about residences which location is unknown, and also evading from preventive supervision constitutes thirty basic sizes. The collected sum of money is subject to transfer in the income of the republican budget.
2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 13.06.2024 No. 418
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 23, 2017.
