1. Approve:

1) the list of the reporting of the microfinancial organizations according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) report form about disaggregation of correspondent and current accounts, the deposits placed in banks according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

3) report form about structure of investments into the capital of legal entities according to appendix 3 to this resolution;

4) report form about the main sources of the attracted money according to appendix 4 to this resolution;

5) report form about the microcredits, including on which overdue debt on principal debt and (or) the added remuneration in details, and also about the size of reserves (provisions) according to appendix 5 to this resolution is had;

6) Rules of submission of the reporting by the microfinancial organization according to appendix 6 to this resolution.

2. The microfinancial organizations represent to territorial branch of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (in the location of the microfinancial organization) quarterly, to the twentieth (inclusive) the month following reporting quarter, the reporting provided by subitems 2), 3), 4) and 5) of Item 1 of this resolution.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 24, 2012 No. 373 "About approval of the list, forms, and Rules of submission of the reporting by the microfinancial organization" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 8340, it is published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper of May 18, 2013 No. 170-171 (27444-27445)).

4. To department of researches and statistics (Tutushkin V. A.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) together with Legal department (Sarsenov N. V.) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction of this resolution in the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for inclusion in the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan within ten calendar days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

5. To management on consumer protection of financial services and external communications (Terentyev A. L.) provide the direction of this resolution on official publication in periodic printing editions within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Pirmatov G. O.

7. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
