1. Approve the enclosed Rules of assignment of national identification number (national identification numbers) to the announced shares.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations of October 29, 2008 No. 157 "About approval of Rules of assignment of national identification number (national identification numbers) to the announced shares" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 5394).

3. To department of the security market (Hadzhiyeva M. Zh.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) together with Legal department (Sarsenov N. V.) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction of this resolution in the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" for inclusion in the State register of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan within ten calendar days from the date of its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

4. To management on consumer protection of financial services and external communications (Terentyev A. Rules of assignment of national identification number (national identification numbers) to the announced shares

1. These rules of assignment of national identification number (national identification numbers) to the announced shares (further - Rules) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 2, 2003 "About the security market" and determine procedure for assignment by the authorized body performing state regulation, control and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations (further - authorized body), national identification number (national identification numbers) to the announced shares.

2. Assignment of national identification number (national identification numbers) to the announced shares is made by authorized body according to appendix 1 to Rules based on the documents provided by Items 3 and 4 of Rules of state registration of release of the announced shares, considerations of reports on share placing results, and also cancellations of release of the announced shares approved by the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 29, 2016 No. 76 "About approval of Rules of state registration of release of the announced shares, considerations of reports on share placing results, and also cancellations of release of the announced shares, Rules of creation and execution of the prospectus of release of the announced shares, structure of the prospectus of release of the announced shares, Requirements to the report on share placing results" (further - Rules No. 76), registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 13599.

3. After receipt of the documents specified in Items 3 and 4 of Rules No. 76, authorized body checks their completeness and compliance to requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the security market.

2) is checked by lack of similar national identification numbers of the releases of the announced shares which are in circulation.

1. For creation of national identification number (national identification numbers) (further - NIN) the announced shares use the Arab figures and capital (header) letters of the Latin alphabet (except for letters "І" and "About").

2. NIN includes twelve consecutive symbols (including from left to right) which are not divided by punctuation mark and consists of three parts:

1) the symbols located on the first and second line items of NIN designate two-letter country code of the issuer (for the Republic of Kazakhstan the KZ code is used);
