About approval of form of the protocol on offense in the sphere of safety and separate indicators of quality of foodstuff
According to part four of article 65 of the Law of Ukraine "About the basic principles and requirements to safety and quality of foodstuff" I order:
1. Approve form of the protocol on offense in the sphere of safety and separate indicators of quality of foodstuff which is applied.
2. To provide to department of livestock production in accordance with the established procedure provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
4. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the First Deputy Minister Krasnopolsky Ya. V.
