According to article 20 of the constitutional Law "About the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan", article 169 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Tajikistan, Articles 345 and 348 of the Customs code of the Republic of Tajikistan and Article 26 of the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:
1. Approve the List and quantity of the imported goods for realization of test version of the "Information and Communication Technologies for Development" project exempted from the tax discharge on value added, customs duties and charges according to appendix.
2. To the state committee on land management and geodesy of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to assign to Border troops of the State committee of homeland security of the Republic of Tajikistan the parcels of land under construction of technical constructions and obstacles.
3. To the relevant ministries and departments to take necessary measures for accomplishment of this resolution.
