About classification of lubricant according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union
According to Item 7 of article 52 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:
1. The lubricant consisting of mix of mineral oils (more than 70%) as the main component with addition of lithium or calcic soap in the form of thickener, applied to greasing of the integrated details and frictional units of machines and mechanisms of different designs according to the Basic rule of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 is classified in goods item 2710 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
