About classification of installation for underground repair of wells according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union

According to Item 7 of article 52 of the Customs Code of the Customs Union the Board of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. The installation for underground repair of wells mounted on the self-propelled chassis of wheel type, but structurally not combined and which is not forming with it the single mechanical aggregate, having vehicle signs (the engine, the transmission, management of switching of speeds, steering, brakes) in which controls movement of the self-propelled chassis, start and stop of the engine are located in the driver's cabin, and control of the repair equipment is exercised from the special panel located on frame of the self-propelled chassis, equipped with the equipment for production of underground repair work, including drilling and hoisting transactions, according to the Basic rules of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 and 6 8705 20 000 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union are classified in subline item.

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
