1. Establish the list of the public institutions of culture having special value for preserving, development, distribution and (or) promoting of the Belarusian national culture which reorganization and liquidation are performed with the consent of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, according to appendix 1.
2. Create the Commission under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on identification, return, joint use and introduction in scientific and cultural turnover of cultural values which are outside the Republic of Belarus, in structure according to appendix 2.
2-1. Approve Regulations on the Commission under Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on identification, return, joint use and introduction in scientific and cultural turnover of cultural values which are outside the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).
3. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
3.1. in the paragraph the second Item 23 of the Regulations on commodity numbering and bar coding of goods (products) in the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 24, 2000 No. 748 "About some measures for enhancement of the organization and further development of works in the field of commodity numbering and bar coding in the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2000, No. 53, 5/3273; 2006, No. 148, 5/22877), the words "goods (products) of national crafts" shall be replaced with words "products of national art crafts";
