About optimization of structure of the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic

For the purpose of optimization of activities of the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on Department of forest ecosystems and especially protected natural territories of the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of March 19, 2014 No. 173 the following changes and amendment:

- in the name and in all text of the word of "Department of forest ecosystems and especially protected natural territories" in various cases shall be replaced with words "Development department of forest ecosystems" in the corresponding cases;

in Regulations on Department of forest ecosystems and especially protected natural territories of the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in the name and in all text of the word "Department of Forest Ecosystems and Especially Protected Natural Territories" in various cases shall be replaced with words "Development department of forest ecosystems" in the corresponding cases;

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 16.01.2019 No. 11.

3. Under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to transfer to the state agency of environmental protection and forestry:

- functions on accounting of forest fund, the forest inventory, monitoring of the wood with 4 established posts and the salary fund of Department of lesookhotustroystvo under the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in Development department of forest ecosystems of the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- 6 established posts of General directorate of the biospheric territory of Ysyk-Kel in the Center of state regulation in the sphere of environmental protection and ecological safety of the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- 7 established posts of Directorate of the biospheric territory of Ysyk-Kel in territorial subdivisions of the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on the biospheric territory of Ysyk-Kel of January 24, 2000 No. 40 the following changes:

in the Regulations on the biospheric territory of Ysyk-Kel approved by the above-stated resolution:

- in all text of the word "General Directorate" in various cases to replace with the word "Directorate" in the corresponding cases.

5. Reorganize Department of lesookhotustroystvo under the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic by transformation to Public institution of Kyrgyzlesookhotustroystvo under the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

6. To state the scheme of management of the State agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of February 20, 2012 No. 123, in edition according to appendix 2 to this resolution.

7. To the state agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure to take the adequate measures following from this resolution.

8. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of agro-industrial complex and ecology of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

9. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
