About reorganization of the state company "Kelechek" under Public service of execution of punishments under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
According to Articles 92-94 of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Reorganize the state company "Kelechek" under Public service of execution of punishments under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic by joining to it of legal entities according to appendix 1 to this resolution.
2. To public service of execution of punishments under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic in accordance with the established procedure:
- take the necessary measures following from this resolution;
- in three-months time to approve transfer acts of the reorganized legal entities specified in appendix 1.
3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 21.06.2021 No. 33
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of defense, law and order and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. The present the resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
