According to Item 1 of article 150 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 10, 2008 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES: (Tax code)

1. Approve enclosed:

1) list of priority types of activity of special economic zones;

2) the list of objects which construction is intended for implementation of priority types of activity of special economic zones;

3) Rules of inclusion of priority types of activity in the list of priority types of activity of special economic zones and construction objects in the list of objects which construction is intended for implementation of priority types of activity of special economic zones.

2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

List of priority types of activity of special economic zones

Special economic zone "Astana — the New City"

1) Production of other nonmetallic mineral products;

2) production of machines and equipment;

3) production of household electric appliances;

4) production of rubber and plastic products;

5) production of products of the chemical industry;

6) metallurgical industry;

7) production of the electric equipment, including electric lighting equipment;

8) production of glass components for lighting fixtures;

9) production of food;

10) production of wood pulp and cellulose, paper and cardboard;

11) production of furniture;

12) production of vehicles, trailers and semitrailer trucks;

13) production of railway locomotives and railway vehicles;

14) production of air and space aircraft;

15) production of the main pharmaceutical products and medicines;

16) production of electronic details;

17) warehouse economy and auxiliary transport activities;

18) construction and commissioning of infrastructure facilities, administrative and residential complexes according to the design estimates;

3) construction and commissioning of the objects intended directly for implementation of priority types of activity within the design estimates.

Special economic zone "Seaport Aktau"

1) Production of household electric appliances;

2) production of the leather and relating to it products;

3) production of products of the chemical industry;

4) production of rubber and plastic products;

5) production of other nonmetallic mineral products;

6) metallurgical industry;

7) production of finished metal goods;

8) production of machines and equipment;

9) production of petrochemical products;

10) production of the main pharmaceutical products and medicines;

11) warehouse economy and auxiliary transport activities;

12) production of electric motors, generators, transformers, electrodistribution and control equipment;

13) production of electrical wiring and electrowire devices;

14) construction and commissioning of the objects intended directly for implementation of priority types of activity within the design estimates.

Special economic zone "Park of Innovative Technologies"

1) Designing, development, implementation and production of databases and hardware, designing, development, implementation and production of the software (including prototypes);

2) services in storage and information processing electronically with use of the server infocommunication hardware (service of the data-centers);

3) creation of new information technologies on the basis of artificial immune and neural systems;

4) carrying out research and development works in the sphere of information technologies, telecommunications and communication, electronics, instrument making, renewable energy resources, resource-saving and environmental management, creation and use of new materials, production, transportation and oil refining and gas in the presence of the conclusion issued by authorized body in the field of science about carrying out such works;

5) production of machines for processing of texts, the multiple copying equipment, address machines, calculators, cash registers, markirovalny machines, booking cash registers, production of other office appliances and the equipment, electronic computers and the other equipment for information processing;

6) production electro-and radioelements, the transferring equipment, the equipment for acceptance, record and reproduction of sound and the image;

7) designing, development, implementation and production of electronic, measuring, optical, lighting fixtures;

8) educational activities in the sphere of innovative technologies for the list of the specialties determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

9) designing, development, implementation and production of new materials (including prototypes);

10) production of household electric appliances: refrigerators, deep freezes, washing machines;

11) construction and commissioning of the objects intended directly for implementation of priority types of activity within the design estimates.

For participants of special economic zone in the field of information and communication technologies and innovative technologies the requirement of implementation of activities in the territory of special economic zone will not be the compulsory provision till January 1, 2018 for the following types of activity:
