3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (in coordination) in the procedure established by the legislation to take the adequate measures following from this resolution.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
