About reorganization of the separate companies of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Reorganize the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican scientific and practical center of psychiatry, psychotherapy and narcology" the Ministries of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the republican state state company "Republican Scientific and Practical Center of Medico-social Problems of Drug Addiction" of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan by merge and transformation to the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican scientific and practical center of mental health" of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the company) with introduction of the supervisory board.

2. Determine the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan authorized body by management of the corresponding industry (sphere) of public administration concerning the company.

3. The main object of activity of the company to determine implementation of activities in the field of health care.

4. To the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to submit for approval in Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan the charter of the company;

2) to provide state registration of the company in judicial authorities;

3) to take other measures following from this resolution.

5. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 03.06.2022 No. 361

2) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 17.02.2017 No. 71

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
