1) approval of the charter of partnership;

2) state registration of partnership in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state share in the authorized capital of partnership to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
